Another week, another pound down. If I could keep up that rate for the rest of the year I’d be ecstatic. I’m sure Thanksgiving and Christmas will have something different to say about that, but I can dream, can’t I?

You’re doing a lot more than dreaming. You’re *doing*. I’ve just spent the last three weeks undoing. Time to get back at it now. It would work so much better if I could stop yo-yoing all the way down. :-(
And now for a deluge of questions:
How do you *do* it? How do you deal with hunger? How do you deal with the need to eat sweets (or whatever your downfall is)? How do you deal with emotional eating? When you do fall off the wagon, how do you get back on before any real damage is done? How do you stay on your eating and exercising plan with such an unflagging commitment? Is it about building momentum? Is it just good ol’ fashioned discipline? If you’re looking for a blog topic, how about tackling this? I sure would love to hear your ideas!
CONGRATULATIONS on another pound lost!!
Hey we are almost the same weight! I’m 203-4 now. I am dreading the holidays too. Last year I put on 10lbs after the holidays . . . ugh! That’s 10 weeks of dieting! I will think twice before I indulge in anything this year.
I put a link to your site on my journal – hope you don’t mind. I love your site! You are an inspiration to all!
Way to go! You are doing great. I seem to be on a plateau right now so it’s frustrating. Your an inpiration. Like your blog, your funny.
Hello
Your website is an inspiration to all!
Congrats on your weight loss so far!
I’m about the same weight as you 203-4.
Almost broke out of the 200’s! I always imagined how great it would feel to be in ONEderland but at the same time, I also think it’d be kinda scary for me. The final threshold to cross..Does it scare you in some ways? Maybe I’m crazy. LOL.
Congrats on the loss! Take care.
