Yay! I’m down a pound. It’s so nice when the numbers get smaller instead of bigger. My time of the month in this week too, so hopefully next week there’ll be a big loss!
My cousin’s wedding is today. I promise pics and details tomorrow. I remember having a goal of weighing 220 in time for the wedding, but I figure it’s not too outlandish to think I’ve gained 5-7 pounds of muscle with all the Pilates I’ve been doing. So I’m going to mark that mission as basically accomplished.
