Yay! I’m back in the 260’s again. It’s been a rather hum-drum week as far as my weight loss goes, but my mother has already lost 8 pounds on her first week of South Beach, so go Mom! Those first two weeks of Phase 1 are truly bitchin’. Sometimes I think South Beach includes the first two weeks of a no-carb diet just so you’ll get really happy about your results and stick with it.

It is kind of funny that just as I hit the halfway mark in losing 200 pounds that it is the very same month in which you posted about Weight Watchers. I am now at 266.6 and am still doing WW but it is radically different to how I was eating then. I love the points system of WW but have come up with my own diet to use them with and it works!
