Hmmmmm, I apparently gained two pounds this week. Methinks this must be water weight or new muscle tone because I was so good this week. No cheating. Lots of walking. I’m going over 2 miles now and I’m all sweaty and gross after 45 minutes. There’s absolutely no way I gained fat this week. It sucks that the number went up, but I have no doubt it will go back down soon. At least I didn’t bounce back up into the 280’s. I’m so sick of that decade of numbers.
