I’ve lost 2 pounds since last week but I am still where I was 2 weeks ago. So that’s good and bad. I was kind of hoping the weight gain last week was water or something else that would go away, but I guess not.
I’m thinking about upgrading my scale to one that can measure body fat and body water levels. Just knowing my total weight isn’t that helpful since I don’t know what I’ve gained – fat, muscle or water. When I first bought a scale, I had to get one that measured up to 400 pounds, whereas most are only designed for up to 330. Now that I’ve lost so much weight, I can buy one of the 330 scales with bells and whistles. Drugstore.com will give me free shipping. Okay, I’ve talked myself into it. Off to buy a new fancy scale!
