No weight loss this week :{ Technically I gained 1/5 of a pound, but that’s so insignificant I’m not going to count it. If I’d waited another hour to go to the bathroom I probably would have been equal to last week.
I’m not really sure why I didn’t lose this week since I’ve been pretty darn good. Maybe I need to stop making pudding so often. I also had a lot of whole-grain spaghetti, which might have hurt. I started walking again this week, so maybe I just gained some muscle mass in addition to losing fat and broke even. Who knows?
I’ve just got to stick with it. Next week probably won’t show much if any of a loss since it’s that time of the month again, but hopefully two weeks from now I’ll be down another 3 or 4 pounds. I think my weight loss is just going to get more and more difficult the closer I get to my goal weight. Oh well, we’ll trek through it. Onward troops!
