Lost another pound and a half this week. I’ve been rounding my blog entry titles in case any of you non-existent readers are confused since I posted my weight as 297 last week. It looks like my weight loss rate is slowing down to about 2 pounds a week, which is all good and healthy, but still patience-testingly slow.
In other news, my left knee was aching two nights in a row when I was going to bed, so I’ve decided not to exercise at all this week. This sucks since I won’t be able to go as far when I start up again. But I’d rather sit out a week then hurt myself and have to sit out several weeks. This is probably another reason for my slowing weight loss.
Also, I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank the creators of sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding. You are gods/goddesses. It’s done in 5 minutes, satisfying my need for instant gratification, plus it’s delicious. I’ve been enjoying all the wonderful flavors – vanilla, cheesecake, lemon – but tonight I had the chocolate with lite whip cream and it was truly divine. Droool. And it came in at under 300 calories. Kick ass.
