My next big goal is to start a weight training program. This is supposed to help me avoid the loose skin problem. It should also help me burn more calories just sitting around since bigger muscles require more energy.
I’m already spending about an hour a day exercising when you account for filling my water bottle, stocking the MP3 player and stretching. A weight program will probably add another 15-30 minutes, which just goes to show that losing weight is a surprisingly time consuming activity. Between the exercise and all the time I spendin the kitchen preparing good food, my free time in the evenings has shrunk in half.
