I know I shouldn’t weigh myself so frequently, but I’ve evidently lost 6 pounds in the past three days. Color me suspicious. I doubt that was 6 pounds of pure fat I lost. It’s more likely related to some sort of body function or process that I have no clue about. Why didn’t they teach us anything useful in health class? Geez. I would have benefitted so much from a class that taught us how our body processes different types of foods and why weight fluctuates. Instead I have to do independent research and learn all this vital information on my own.

I haven’t gotten anything done recently. I’ve just been hanging out doing nothing. I haven’t been up to anything these days, but it’s not important. Today was a total loss.
I just don’t have anything to say , but shrug. So it goes. Not much on my mind recently. I can’t be bothered with anything recently.
