Well, moving to an office on the fourth floor in a building with only a freight elevator is one way to jump start your exercise routine. I managed to climb up 3 stories today – twice. I had to stop and take a breather on a couple landings. It was very exhausting. But by adding this activity into my daily routine I can burn of at least an extra 5 pounds a year.
I’d like to implement some regular exercise as well. I’m just waiting on my brother to buy the cycling machine, the timing of which will be dictated by money. Money, money, money. It’s become so important in the past year. It’s like air, it only seems to matter when you don’t have any.
