Thanks PQ!
I asked the owner of the company, Oiselle, about the bra and she said it's HIGH IMPACT for A/B and low impact for larger cup women.
My sister is a C almostD and likes hers (ok, she steals mine :)) but she uses it for lifting weights/elliptical machine.

but yep. they're free until theyre gone.
I love Oiselle running and wanna support women owned businesses.

I think I should probably accept the fact there will never be a bra contest/feature/etc. that applies to me (40JJ), hmm? :-(

Hi PQ,
I don't usually enter "giveaways," but this bra one was too tempting. I have been in search of a good bra since losing all the weight. None fit well and it is particularly hard to find one to exercise in.

It has inspired me to go bra shopping while I am on vacation next week. The time has come to get serious. I find clothes that fit better, so I should have a "foundation" to keep things looking "contained," if not perky.

Hmm... what else can I accomplish while on vacation?!

I was thinking of you on my recent trip to the Bay Area. We hit all our favorite restaurants in Berkeley, San Francisco, and the Napa Valley. I had three rich, heavy, starchy, high-fat meals every day, for four days in a row. I was sure that I gained ten lbs., and was terrified to step on the scale when I got back. So I drowned my fears in another day of overeating, here at home. When I finally got up the courage to step on the scale after five days of overindulgence, I found I had gained a measly three pounds. (Three pounds is nothing. My weight can fluctuate more than that over the course of a day.)

On the other hand, my weight has stayed within the same five pound range since the beginning of May. For ALMOST FOUR MONTHS, no matter what I do (undereating, overexercising, Atkins, veganism, overeating, avoiding exercise -- it makes no difference) my weight has stayed essentially the same.

It's like I'm cursed. So -- what does one do? What does one do to get past a realio, trulio, genuine plateau? I am well over my goal weight and not willing to give up. Should I just focus on healthy living and avoid the scale? What do you do, PQ?

I'm in Muncie and have to say I say away from the fair just for that. Deep fried everything. The colon thing is a great educational tool though. :-) I know way too much about colons. The early birds seem to have gotten the bras but I love the blog and the book.
