I know that feeling, when I first started walking on the treadmill I could only do 3k/hr for 10mins, it's awesome you're building up to it!! and Pilates kicks my butt every time I try it lol.

I had a giggle @ porno at the end of the exercise tapes but then I remembered how non-straight the guys in the exercise videos are and how funny that kind of porn would be LOL

LOL @ facial carpet burns - ahh the life of an active gal eh!!

Can't wait to see what's at the end, be sure to keep up informed - almost like a lucky dip ;D

M - Uh, it was freshman year of high school, so 1994? They tried to make me wear them as a bridesmaid, but I wiggled my way out of it. I also have funky feet. My big toe angles in a bit and ducks under the toe next to it. I believe the medical term is "bunion." People usually get them from wearing high heels too much, but mine are genetic because my grandma had it too. Her maiden name was Geckle so I call them Geckle feet :)

I can't keep up with aerobics instructors either, and yet I can dance. Although my boyfriend and I had a free waltz lesson once, and kicked each other quite a bit. Other kinds of dancing are much easier - I think I'll stick with Scottish country!

Nor can I tell my right from my left at all well, so if I was doing your tape, I would probably just mirror the instructor's movements, not bother trying to flip them around.

It helps to just mirror the instructor's movements instead of trying to figure out exactly which is your left hand (hehe). It just leaves you 1 less thing to worry about.

Also I usually watch a tape all the way through, figuring out how to do each move, before actually trying to follow the tape.

Whoo Hoo - it is 26 minutes more of exercise then you would normally get.

Universal! I can't tell you how many tapes I have that it took forever on before I could get through them. I'm with you.

You must dance! If it is your will you must do it. Maybe start with line dancing, country style. Everyone is facing the same direction, doing the same thing and the whole point is to have fun. After a while you can jazz it up. You should see my Electric Slide ; )

YOU MUST DANCE! : )
