How to lose 192 pounds in 7 seconds
Spin me right round, baby
I was born weighing 8 pounds 5 ounces, but eventually tipped the scales at 372 pounds before losing almost 200 pounds through diet and exercise. I am a designer/programmer/geek, so I couldn’t resist making 3-D interactive objects of myself during the weight loss progress. Every few months I took pictures of myself from several angles, dropped them into a Flash component I created, and wham, bam – you can check out my fat ass from 8 different directions. Click and drag any image of me below to spin me right round, like a record, baby. You can make your own 3-D progress photos by using this tutorial.
If you don’t have Flash installed in your web browser, you can view my far less cool images only progress page.

These images weren’t part of my regularly scheduled weigh-ins. THey are just pictures of me all prettied up for some weddings.

Below is a graph of my weight loss from January 2005 to March 2007. The purple line represents my actual weight and the red line represents the rate of loss I was aiming for.
