First of all, great blog! You make me laugh a lot when i come here!

I love running! Especially doing interval training where I run fast for a minute and jog for a minute! A lot of sweat and tears but so worth it!

My wife hates running so this will be a good opportunity to spice things up and make interesting for her!

I can&#039;t even run down the street without getting winded and an unrelenting pounding in my head.

Though...I wish I could! In my mind I feel like I would really enjoy the freedom of running at our beautiful parks and on the beach.]]></description>
