Actually, for some reason she both inspires /and/ depresses me. I am really glad there are books out there geared toward people who are not quite as young as they used to be. I&#039;m also a bit depressed that I don&#039;t look like Dana Torres. I bet if I did the exercises she describes, I&#039;d look a lot more like her than I do now. Or at least I&#039;d feel better about it :)]]></description>

like how it&#039;s important to find that part of you that doesn&#039;t see exercise as exercise, but something fun to do...A-men! i know from personal experience, if you see exercise as not a chore but something you truly enjoy, you&#039;ll be ten times more likely to stick with it. i found i love running 5 years ago and will never look back.

the reminder about recovery time was a good one also. being an endorphine junkie, it&#039;s a struggle to keep off the Reeboks, but in the end, taking a day off is SO worth it because i run SOOO much better after my muscles have recoverd. (duh.)]]></description>
