Sorry about the self-evaluation, that is a bummer. Hated when I had to do that. My boss does the evals now. But we have to choose 2 things we intend to do in the next year to improve ourselves in our job. Not the kind of job where it will help me move up the ladder, so really a pain to think something up. Whenever I do self reviews, I list ever single thing that I did. Since I am used to noting on my calendar what I did for the day at work, I do not find self review to be too troublesome, although I try to massage the words to make the duties seem a little bit more helpful or exciting than it actually is.
