Holding steady at 259 this week. Wish I had lost poundage this week, but at least I didn’t spring back up into the 260′s and smack my psyche on the head. I’d really like to get back to my slow but steady loss. Lately my weight loss graph has been as flat as the Kansas skyline. Well, I guess I’ll just keep on keeping on. Nothing else to do, really.

I was looking at your first pic, and it’s been a year. Your goal was what, 200lbs in 2 years? You’ve attained your goal for this year! Congrats! and holy shit! 100 ponds! Think about it! As if you had given birth to 14 7-pound babies. That’s more than a baby per month, haha.

Hi. Newbie here. I just started a diet this week.
I have similar stats to yours. I am now 341 and want to get down into the 150-160 range. It just ain’t healthy being this overweight.
It is good to see blogs like yours with real results on them. I am sure it will help keep me inspired to keep on going.
