Oops! I suspected this might happen after my sudden 4 pound loss last week. Body fluctuations, what can I say? This is where I become happy that I bought my fancy new scale that shocks me with electricity to determine my body fat. Last week I had 51.9% body fat (yes, I am half lard) but this week I’m down to 49.7%. So yes, I did lose fat even if I gained weight! Yay for the fancy scale!
I can also fit into some old pairs of pants that I haven’t worn for years. It came in handy when I needed to wear an old pair of jeans while scraping rust off my car this weekend. I’m probably the only 270-pound woman in the world who feels skinny.

LOL this made me laugh because I’m around 267 pounds right now having lost 52 or so, and I feel skinny, oh yes!
It’s all in the perspective. I almost can’t imagine being skinnier than I am right now – how mad is that!
