I feel rather ridiculous that my Internet handle is PastaQueen since I can’t eat pasta anymore. Well, I can eat whole-wheat pasta, but how often do you see that on the menu at Olive Garden? I’ve used the name for so long though that I don’t feel right changing it. It never even had anything to do with eating pasta, but with the fact that a cute-sification of my name rhymes with “spaghetti.”

Actually, whole wheat pasta IS offered at Olive Garden. The menu states for those “watching their carbohydrates” that whole wheat linguine can be substituted in any pasta dish. :) I think they’ve been offering this for the past year or two.
