<description>Just finished your book, and I was surprised to find the actual post that started your weight loss journey. Today I am beginning my own lifestyle change. I only have about 30 llbs to loose, but it has been with me for almost a decade and enough is enough. One thing that inspires me about your weight loss, is that there was no epiphany moment. I have tried, and failed, to loose weight many times. How do I know this time it will work? Surely in the past I have been more motivated than I am now. But I know this time I will do it, because, well, I am just going to do it.

Now. No more waiting.

-Leigh

btw,THANK YOU for dispelling the myth about willpower.

<description>Ummm ... not sure what to write here other than a friend recommended the site, looked over a few of the pages and wanted to read some of the best blogs. So, hook a girl up!
