Ummm … not sure what to write here other than a friend recommended the site, looked over a few of the pages and wanted to read some of the best blogs. So, hook a girl up!

Just finished your book, and I was surprised to find the actual post that started your weight loss journey. Today I am beginning my own lifestyle change. I only have about 30 llbs to loose, but it has been with me for almost a decade and enough is enough. One thing that inspires me about your weight loss, is that there was no epiphany moment. I have tried, and failed, to loose weight many times. How do I know this time it will work? Surely in the past I have been more motivated than I am now. But I know this time I will do it, because, well, I am just going to do it.

Now. No more waiting.

btw,THANK YOU for dispelling the myth about willpower.

Man looking into telescope

Jennette Fulda tells stories to the Internet about her life as a smartass, writer, weight-loss inspiration, chronic headache sufferer, and overall nice person (who is silently judging you). She does this at JenFul now, but you can still have fun perusing her past here.
