Thanks to drugstore.com I will soon be the proud owner of a scale that can actually weigh me. All the scales I’ve seen at local stores tend to only measure up to 330 pounds. That’s all fine and good for the majority of the population, but not for those of us at the far end of the standard deviation.
If you’re looking for a scale, drugstore.com gives you $5 off your first purchase of $49 or more as well providing free shipping. I bought the Tanita Digital Scale with Memory Function and eagerly await its arrival so I can finally keep accurate track of my weight.
It’s foolhardy to try to lose weight when you can’t tell how much you’ve lost. Numbers are normally such cold and expressionless digits when posted on price tags or dates, but they seem so warm and encouraging when they tell you how much you have achieved in a week.
