I&#039;m glad you didn&#039;t buy number six up there, which is a recipe for disaster for those of us who are sensitive to carbohydrates. Following your lead, I&#039;ve lost about twenty pounds on a generic low-carb plan (similar to Atkins, Protein Power, or Dana Carpender&#039;s) and plan to continue to goal. I eat two or three meals a day and expect the occasional setback, though not &quot;failure,&quot; so CNN&#039;s list is pretty much a bust for me. Keep up your excellent work!

Reading your blog has been an inspiration.  I posted a link to your latest progress photos on my blog.  I also ordered me a couple of pilates workouts through amazon from yoiur site.  I almost ordered the volumetrics book, but decided upon a couple of Dr.Robert Shapiro books.
