Hi! I just found your blog – I’m impressed, WOW! Yes half of me sounds better than 4/7th. :)

Reading your blog has been an inspiration. I posted a link to your latest progress photos on my blog. I also ordered me a couple of pilates workouts through amazon from yoiur site. I almost ordered the volumetrics book, but decided upon a couple of Dr.Robert Shapiro books.

Congratulations on your dedication and progress! I’m glad you didn’t buy number six up there, which is a recipe for disaster for those of us who are sensitive to carbohydrates. Following your lead, I’ve lost about twenty pounds on a generic low-carb plan (similar to Atkins, Protein Power, or Dana Carpender’s) and plan to continue to goal. I eat two or three meals a day and expect the occasional setback, though not “failure,” so CNN’s list is pretty much a bust for me. Keep up your excellent work!

Jennette Fulda tells stories to the Internet about her life as a smartass, writer, weight-loss inspiration, chronic headache sufferer, and overall nice person (who is silently judging you). She does this at JenFul now, but you can still have fun perusing her past here.

This is probably a sign that I've got problems, but the idea of sleeping for 30 hours sounds really appealing.

Justin Bieber chastised audience for clapping on the offbeat: The biggest challenge facing musicians at shows is audiences with bad rhythm.
I'm linking to this because of the video of Harry Connick Jr. at the bottom, who manages to throw in an extra beat in the middle of a song to get people to start clapping on the offbeat without them even realizing. Mad skillz!
