Hi! I just found your blog – I’m impressed, WOW! Yes half of me sounds better than 4/7th. :)

Reading your blog has been an inspiration. I posted a link to your latest progress photos on my blog. I also ordered me a couple of pilates workouts through amazon from yoiur site. I almost ordered the volumetrics book, but decided upon a couple of Dr.Robert Shapiro books.

Congratulations on your dedication and progress! I’m glad you didn’t buy number six up there, which is a recipe for disaster for those of us who are sensitive to carbohydrates. Following your lead, I’ve lost about twenty pounds on a generic low-carb plan (similar to Atkins, Protein Power, or Dana Carpender’s) and plan to continue to goal. I eat two or three meals a day and expect the occasional setback, though not “failure,” so CNN’s list is pretty much a bust for me. Keep up your excellent work!
